Cub Scout Pack 188 is part of the Battleground District of the Monmouth Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and is one of the three packs meeting in the Marlboro School District.

 

Our pack meets monthly at Defino Central School in Marlboro, NJ.  Our charter organization is the Morganville United Methodist Church and they provide meeting space for many of our individual dens.

 

Although the majority of our scouts attend Defino Central or Dugan Elementary Schools, we also have several boys from the other public schools in the district as well as a number of private schools.

The pack enjoys many activities together such as an annual encampment trips, our annual Family Picnic, and of course our Pinewood Derby.  Our recent past encampents have included the Camden Adventure Aquarium, where we "slept with the fishes", the Philadelphia Zoo, and The Academy of Natural Sciences in Philadelphia, the Liberty Science Center, and the Franklin Institute.
