1. Obey the Sign - When the cub scout sign goes up, everyone's mouth goes shut.
    
2. Respect the Speaker - When a leader, parent, scout, or special guest is speaking to the pack, everyone is to listen respectfully and speak only when the speaker asks a question.
    
3. Keep My Hands to Myself - I think everyone understands there will of course be no hitting and shoving; but also no grabbing another scouts’ hat or other belongings.
   

As a scout, I understand that my failure to obey any of the three rules will result in:
First offense: one warning
Second offense: temporary (5 mins) separation from the group

If there is a third offense, I understand that I will not be able to participate in any activities for the remainder of the meeting and I will have to sit with my parents or leave.
